The location was superb, near a bus stop for direct airport access via the A21 bus. There were many eateries nearby. The room was very clean and included fresh towels and soap. Every level had a water cooler, convenient before heading out each day.

The bathroom basin was small. Water splashed out easily. There was no drinking water bottle provided in the room.

dirty lobbyunfriendly face

this hotel really wasnt up to par. the lobby is tiny and it seemed dirty. i booked a premier room for one night, then a beautiful room. i thought maybe they will upgrade me but the receptionist, keeran, just frowned. he and the manager didn't even apologize for not offering an upgrade, they just shrugged. its was the worst service i had ever seen.

The room housekeeping was well-done. They were very attentive to toiletry supply.

I found the basin in the bathroom small. water splashed out of the basin. there was no drinking water bottle in the room. also, the lobby ambience was strictly so-so. It had a very bad ambience for a lobby.
